What to Look for in a Therapist

What to Look for in a Therapist

Let’s face it, therapy can be scary. Before you even set foot in the room, you have to make that call. Actually, even before making that call, you need to find someone you think might be a good fit. I try not to be on it unless I REALLY need to, but there are some pretty awesome apps that I use at times. To be upfront, I use all the free versions of these apps, but many of them have paid features as well.
