Insurance

Insurance-based options are available through Headway. At this time, I am in-network with the following insurance companies:

  • Cigna

  • Quest Behavioral Health

  • Carelon Behavioral Health

  • Aetna

  • Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield of NY (formerly Empire)

  • Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts

I am currently in the process of being paneled with the following insurance companies:

Private Pay

For individuals opting to not use their insurance or those who would like to use out-of-network benefits, private pay options are available directly through the practice. Superbills can be provided upon request.

Session Fees

Intake Sessions (60 minutes): $350
Intake sessions are required for individuals new to the practice and individuals I have not supported within the last year.

Psychotherapy Sessions (30/45/60 minutes): $167/$250/$333
My standard session time is 45 minutes. Session lengths less or more than that are offered on an individual basis based on your clinical needs and may not be reimbursable by your insurance company.

Clinical Supervision & Professional Consultation Sessions (1 hour): $150

If you find that my rates are still not in alignment with your financial budget, I encourage you to ask about my reduced rate availability.
