Telehealth
I offer a diverse range of virtual mental health services through HIPAA-compliant platforms. Currently, the following telehealth options are available: video, phone, and text/chat-based. At the heart of my practice lies the art of concierge therapy, an intimate approach that defies the conventional cookie-cutter methods of mental health treatment.
Availability & Location
Sessions are available by appointment only, ensuring a personalized touch to your therapeutic journey. Typically, I am available Monday-Friday between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Weekend and later evening appointments may also be available.
I extend my support across New Jersey, New York, Vermont, and Florida providing a comfortable virtual experience to those within these states.
Who I Work With
I was trained as a compassionate generalist, dedicated to fostering warmth and well-being. I find my best connection with adults (18+) who are motivated to embrace positive changes in their lives. If you find yourself navigating challenges such as anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, life transitions, or difficulties setting boundaries with others, I may be able to support you.
Payment Options & Fees
At this time, I provide insurance-based options through TalkSpace and Headway. Private pay options are available directly through my private practice. Superbills are provided for individuals seeking out-of-network reimbursement.
Intake Sessions (60 minutes): $350
*Those new to the practice and those I have not supported in over a year will be asked to complete an intake session.
Psychotherapy Sessions (30/45/60 minutes): $167/$250/$333
* My standard session time is 45 minutes. Session lengths less or more than that are offered on a case-by-case basis based on your clinical needs.

For Fellow Therapists
Clinical Supervision: I provide clinical supervision to those seeking Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure, and licensure as a Licensed Psychologist (current temporary permit holders)in the state of New Jersey.
Professional Consultation: I provide professional consultation services to early career professionals, as well as veterans in the areas of private practice set-up, private pay assistance, clinical case consultation, and treatment planning assistance.
Supervision & Consultation Rates: $150/hour
