It’s here! We gain an extra hour of sleep! Although many of us dread how early it becomes dark, most of us appreciate the extra hour of sleep we get. As we go into the shorter days of light, and into the holiday season, it is the perfect time to remember good sleep hygiene. Here are my top 5 tips when it comes to proper a healthy sleep routine.

A few weeks back, someone asked me to do a post on what my favorite apps are. I had to stop and think about that, as I honestly do have a love/hate relationship with my phone. I try not to be on it unless I REALLY need to, but there are some pretty awesome apps that I use at times. To be upfront, I use all the free versions of these apps, but many of them have paid features as well.
